1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to event services provided by Drishyam Entertaiment (sole proprietorship of Rushabh Kamleshbhai Jariwala, Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-GJ-22-0017550), trading as Drisshyam Entertainment, of E-9, Abhishek Park Apartment, Udhna Magdalla Road, Vesu, Surat, Gujarat 395007, India ("we", "us"). By using this website or booking our services you agree to these terms. If you and we sign a separate event agreement, that agreement takes priority where it differs from these terms.

2. Our services

We plan, design, produce and manage events, including weddings and related functions, corporate events, private celebrations, festival events, and the booking and management of artists, DJs and performers. The exact scope of each event is set out in the quotation or agreement we send you.

3. Enquiries and quotations

• Quotations are based on the details you give us: date, venue, guest count and requirements. If those change, the price may change.
• Unless stated otherwise, a quotation is valid for 15 days from the date we send it.
• Prices do not include GST and other applicable taxes unless the quotation says so.
• Moodboards, concepts and 3D renders are illustrations. Final decor may vary slightly with the availability of flowers, fabrics and materials, while matching the agreed look.

4. Booking and payment

• Your date is reserved only after we confirm the booking in writing (WhatsApp or email) and receive the advance payment stated in the quotation.
• The remaining amount is payable on the schedule set out in your quotation or agreement, and in any case before the event begins unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Payments are accepted by bank transfer, UPI or other methods we confirm in writing. We will never ask for your card details, PIN or OTP on WhatsApp.
• We issue a tax invoice for every payment.

5. Changes and cancellation

• Changes by you: we will try our best to accommodate changes to scope, date or venue. Changes may affect the price and depend on vendor and artist availability.
• Cancellation by you: please tell us in writing. Refunds, if any, follow the cancellation schedule in your quotation or agreement. Amounts already paid to venues, vendors and artists on your behalf, and costs of work already done, are generally not refundable.
• Cancellation by us: if we have to cancel for reasons within our control, we will refund all amounts you have paid us for the cancelled services.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about the event, guest count, timings and venue rules.
• Arrange venue bookings and the permissions the venue or authorities require, unless we have agreed in writing to arrange them for you.
• Make sure we have safe access to the venue for setup and dismantling at the agreed times.
• Take responsibility for the conduct of your guests and for any damage they cause to our property or the venue.

7. Vendors, artists and third parties

We work with trusted venues, vendors and artists to deliver your event. Where a third party is booked through us, we coordinate and manage them, but they remain responsible for their own services. If an artist or vendor cancels, we will make every effort to arrange a suitable replacement of similar standing, or refund the amount for that part of the service.

8. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, epidemics, government orders, strikes, power failures at the venue or civil unrest. In such cases we will work with you to reschedule or adjust the event where possible.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from an event is limited to the amount you paid us for that event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Photos, designs and content

Our concepts, designs, layouts and the content of this website belong to us. We may photograph and film our setups and use them in our portfolio and on social media, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not want your event featured, tell us in writing before the event.

11. Communications

By sharing your phone number with us, you agree that we may contact you by call and WhatsApp about your enquiry and booking. We send promotional messages only with your consent. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

12. Using this website

This website is for general information. We try to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or always available. Photos on this website show the style of events we produce; some are representative images. Do not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or copy its content for commercial use.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
