1. How to make a request
You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, free of charge. Use either method:
- WhatsApp: send DELETE MY DATA to +91 70169 87709 from the number you used to contact us.
- Email: write to drishyam.ent@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Include your name and the phone number you used with us.
We may ask you to confirm your identity so that we do not delete someone else's data by mistake.
2. What we delete
- Your contact details in our phone, WhatsApp Business account and client lists.
- Our WhatsApp, email and Instagram conversations with you.
- Event planning notes, guest lists and other files we hold about your event.
- Photos and videos of you on our social media accounts, if you ask us to remove them.
- Your consent record for promotional messages. You will receive no further marketing from us.
We will also ask the vendors and service providers we shared your data with for your event to delete it.
3. What we may need to keep
Indian tax and accounting laws require us to keep invoices and payment records for up to 8 years. If we must keep anything, we keep only the minimum, restrict access to it, and delete it as soon as the legal period ends. We will tell you if this applies to you.
4. Timeline
We acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete it within 30 days. We confirm on WhatsApp or by email once your data has been deleted.
5. Chats on your own phone
Deleting data on our side does not remove the chat from your own WhatsApp. To remove it, open the chat with Drisshyam Entertainment in WhatsApp, tap the menu, and choose Clear chat or Delete chat. Data that WhatsApp and Meta hold about your account is handled under the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
